It's a dark and imposing sort of place with a long history. It's famous for being the place where young, deep thinkers came to ponder their philosophies. Unfortunately it attracted what would now be seen as a rather bad crowd, including Adolf Hitler, Vladimir Lenin, and Leon Trotsky. But some nice people came here too, including Sigmund Freud.

All images on this website have been shot using either a Canon S40 compact digital camera, or a Canon 20D DLSR. I'm something of a Canon fan. :) Most images have been post processed with Adobe Photoshop and the CurveMeister plugin. I thoroughly recommend CurveMeister, BTW. It's a great piece of software.
