These, um, generously proportioned mannequins appear in quite a few shop windows. It's possible that, given the popularity of costmetic surgery, there are lots of women built like this, and who therefore need to have clothes marketed to them. Or maybe I'm being niave and it's just that big knockers sell stuff.
