Old, new and very old. The city buys up old trams and street cars from around the world and changes the gauge to match its rails. Hence the rather sunken looking wheels on the front car. Getting on one is an adventure in itself - you never know quite where in the world the thing has come from, and they often leave all the original decor in there.
