This milk was fresh. About 3 minutes before I took this shot it was still in the cow. I had a go at milking by hand, which was easier than I thought it might be.

20 seconds after I took this shot this calf pulled the teat off it's bottle. Milk went everywhere, mostly over the calf itself, which would have made a great photo!

All images on this website have been shot using either a Canon S40 compact digital camera, or a Canon 20D DLSR. I'm something of a Canon fan. :) Most images have been post processed with Adobe Photoshop and the CurveMeister plugin. I thoroughly recommend CurveMeister, BTW. It's a great piece of software.
