The suicide netting is just chicken wire, not the bouncy "safety net" sort of thing you might hope for. Presumably that would have proved too entertaining.
The lights in the floor show a section where the original flagstone floor has been made visible. The modern concrete floor was only put in in the 1980's, and only then to make the staff's trollies easier to wheel around.
All images on this website have been shot using either a Canon S40 compact digital
camera, or a Canon 20D DLSR. I'm something of a Canon fan. :) Most images have been
post processed with Adobe Photoshop and the
CurveMeister
plugin. I thoroughly recommend CurveMeister, BTW. It's a great piece of software.
